Dr. Saffer’s skills, experience and training ensure that, if you need surgery, you’ll receive comprehensive care that’s  second to none.
  • Diabetic Foot Care—Dr. Saffer helps manage foot problems that can occur as a result of diabetes. Patients should be evaluated for diabeties-related foot complications every 3-6 months. Dr. Saffer believes that educating patients about diabetic foot care is essential and lectures on the topic frequently.
